The Zero Bench functions as a flat, incline, and decline bench, allowing for a wide range of exercises. Featuring inbuilt wheels, it’s easy to maneuver and can be effortlessly stored away—simply slide it under a bed, sofa, or place it neatly against a wall. For outdoor training enthusiasts, it’s lightweight enough to be carried or wheeled outside and folds almost flat for convenient storage.

• Enclosed adjustment ladders for safer and more secure angle modifications.

• Constructed from heavy-duty steel, manufactured from 50x25mm Rectangular Hollow Section (3mm thick steel) for lasting durability.

• Commercial-grade antibacterial upholstery with a 30cm wide back pad for comfort and hygiene.

• High-density 50mm reconstituted foam padding over an 18mm thick plywood base for enhanced support.
